I sent three photos and a description of the kind of caricature I wanted. A proof was sent to me within a couple of days and I asked for a couple of small changes. The final drawing arrived a few days later and was exactly what I had asked for. I was given the opportunity to make some changes - which were minor as it looked great - and then they sent me the final version to approve. We loved the proof but then the final design was sent to us, where it had been coloured in and the detail was fantastic! The email communication was also very prompt and my queries were always answered swiftly. The caricature was sent to me by special delivery and arrived on the day I was advised. I was having trouble with the online ordering so had to call Femi directly, he was so helpful and helped resolve my issue immediately. Within a couple of days I received a proof of the caricature for my approval and the following day it was sent out recorded delivery.
