Orders, returns and refunds policy

Artwork order process

When an order for caricature(s) has been completed/paid for, we would acknowledge receipt of your order via email. If there are any details unclear or image references are inadequate to complete the commission(s), you would be notified within 48 hours via email. 

Sketches are submitted to you the customer/client for approval. Once approved by you, the final artwork would be made. Any changes or amendments must be made at this stage please.

On artwork completion, you would receive an artwork proof via email for approval. Upon clients approval via email, the artwork would be delivered by email(for digital delivery only) or by post (for printed or hand drawn on paper caricatures).

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled if the customer is not satisfied with the sketches provided for the final artwork. The sketch stage is provided for the client to give clarity on the initial brief or make minor amendments to this. In extreme cases, two sketch revisions should suffice. If however, you would like to cancel your order at this stage, kindly do so replying to our email providing you with your sketches for approval. After the client’s approval of the sketch stage, refunds are not given please.


As purchases are made on our website using PayPal, any refunds would have to come from Cool-Caricatures through PayPal only. 

Eligible refunds are processed via PayPal within 2 to 5 working days.


For mailed deliveries, artworks are posted in hardback envelopes which should avoid any creasing or damage. 


As care is taken to ensure customers receive items as approved and in good condition, we do not offer refunds after customers approval and order dispatch.


We have endeavoured to make our options and prices as clear as possible. However, customers are welcome to clarify any details about their options before placing orders.
