The final drawing arrived a few days later and was exactly what I had asked for. We loved the proof but then the final design was sent to us, where it had been coloured in and the detail was fantastic! The email communication was also very prompt and my queries were always answered swiftly. The caricature was sent to me by special delivery and arrived on the day I was advised. Within a couple of days I received a proof of the caricature for my approval and the following day it was sent out recorded delivery.
